Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free, and you’ll receive tracking by email once your order is on its way.

We want you to love your MealScan Mini. If it’s not for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — no questions asked.

How to start a return

• Email info@mealscan.io with your order number.
• We’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
• Once we receive the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items

If your Mini arrives damaged or develops a fault covered by the 1-year warranty, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just email us with a photo and your order number.
