These Terms govern your purchase of the MealScan Mini and your use of this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

The product

The MealScan Mini is a companion display for the MealScan mobile app. It requires the free MealScan app and a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection to function. Product images are representative; minor variations may occur.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund.

MealScan Pro offer

Each MealScan Mini includes one (1) year of MealScan Pro at no additional charge, plus 50% off the second year. Activation details are sent by email after purchase. The offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Warranty

The MealScan Mini is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MealScan is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the product or website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
